The Presnensky court earlier this month found CEO Robert Dudley guilty of systematically breaking labor laws and disqualified him from office for two years.

The Prosecutor's Office, which is senior to the Presnensky court, said the court began an investigation without higher approval and ruled that its decision to disqualify Dudley broke "the conventions of material and procedural law."
