Iraq has issued a raft of tenders seeking a total of 1.695 million tons of gasoline, gas oil, kerosene and liquefied petroleum gas, or LPG, for delivery from Jan. 1 to June 30, 2009.
Iraq has issued a raft of tenders seeking a total of 1.695 million tons of gasoline, gas oil, kerosene and liquefied petroleum gas, or LPG, for delivery from Jan. 1 to June 30, 2009.

The tenders, copies of which were seen by Dow Jones Newswires, issued by the State Oil Marketing Organization include 675,000 metric tons of unleaded 92-octane gasoline, 270,000 tons of LPG, 190,000 tons of gas oil and 20,000 tons of kerosene by ships through the Khor al-Zubair terminal in southern Iraq.

Iraq also seeks 135,000 tons of unleaded gasoline, 360,000 tons of gas oil and 45,000 tons of LPG for delivery by road trucks through two border points with Iran.
