Supply of Russian natural gas to Europe may be disrupted due to a pricing row between Russia and Ukraine, the Interfax news agency reported Monday, citing Viktor Zubkov, chairman of export monopoly OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS).

Zubkov said state-controlled Gazprom would honor all its contracts with European costumers, but that disruptions to supply via Ukraine can't be ruled out.

Moscow and Kiev are in dispute over the pricing of and payments for natural gas, and Gazprom has said it has no legal obligation to continue gas supplies to Ukraine.

Gazprom is concerned Ukraine may siphon off natural gas destined for Europe.
