Enel SpA (ENEL.MI), Italy's biggest utility, doesn't plan to exit the renewable energy joint venture it has with Union Fenosa SA (UNF.MC) as it is satisfied with the current partnership, said Chief Executive Fulvio Conti Thursday.
Enel is "not planning to sell" its 50% stake in the Eufer joint venture, the Italian CEO said at a conference in Rome. He added Enel plans to work on the expansion of the venture.
