Meeting payments in the next three months will be "extremely difficult" without the IMF funding, Deputy Prime Minister Hryhoriy Nemyria said.

He warned of potential "social unrest" if wages and pensions are not paid, as they have been so far this year despite a major contraction in budget revenues.
