Iran is ready to increase the offer of 1,100 MW electricity to 2,200 MW," Iran 's Ambassador to Pakistan Mashaallah Shakeri is quoted as telling reporters Thursday, although Pakistan will have "to build an appropriate infrastructure to utilize [the electricity]."
