OAO Rosneft (ROSN.RS), Russia 's largest oil producer, is planning to invest $2.6 billion in its key Vankor oil field in East Siberia in 2010, and produce 12.5 million metric tons of oil at the field, the company said in a presentation published Wednesday.

Rosneft, which said Monday that it was on track to increase its full-year output by 4.5% as it ramps up production at Vankor, is planning to increase its total capital expenditure in 2010 to between $9 billion and $10 billion, compared with $7.252 billion in 2009.
