Russia oil company OAO Lukoil Holdings (LKOH.RS) may sell some of its shares held by ConocoPhillips (COP) in a secondary share offering, Interfax reports Tuesday, citing comments from Chief Executive Vagit Alekperov.

Alekperov, who is a major Lukoil shareholder, also said the company plans to raise $1 billion with a Eurobond and that investments will top $10 billion a year, according to the newswire.
