German Economics Minister Rainer Bruederle said Tuesday the country's oil supply isn't endangered by the violent uprising in Libya .

In recent days there have been violent protests against Libya 's leader Moammar Gadhafi, in the biggest challenge to his four-decade rule in a country that holds the biggest oil reserves in Africa .
