Danish wind turbine company Vestas Wind Systems A/S
(VWS.KO) Thursday said it has received a firm and unconditional order for 150
MW for several projects in
Brazil
.
MAIN FACTS:
-The order is for 75 x 2 MW
platform turbines.
-The customer is Energisa S.A. (ENGI4.BR).
-The contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of the turbines,
a VestasOnline(R) Business SCADA system and a five-year Service Contract with
the AOM 5000 solution.
-Delivery of the turbines is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2012,
with completion estimated for December 2012.
