Libya has issued another tender for Sarir crude oil in December, traders told Dow Jones Newswires Friday.

On offer is one million barrels of the oil grade for loading Dec 20-31, they said.

The loss of some 1.3 million barrels of Libyan crude exports in February sent crude prices soaring earlier in the year. But since the end of civil unrest in the country, supply of crude has returned much more quickly than many market participants had expected.

The latest figures indicate production has returned to 840,000 barrels a day.
