Spanish wind turbine manufacturer Gamesa Corporacion Tecnologica SA(GAM.MC) said Monday it would sell a 30 megawatt wind farm in Poland to a subsidiary of German utility group RWE AG (RWE.XE).

The sale of the Taciewo facility--located in the Podlaskie region, in northeast of the country--marked the third deal in Poland between Gamesa and RWE Innogy GMBH in a year and a half, after the sale of the 14 MW Krzecin and the 32 MW Piecki wind farms in July 2012 and January 2011, respectively.

Taciewo is equipped with 15 G90-2.0 MW turbines, said Gamesa, which didn't disclose any financial information on the transaction.

The deal falls into Gamesa's wind farm development, construction and sales division, which in the first half of 2012 signed new sales agreements totaling 554 MW in
U.S. , Mexico , France , Spain and Germany and delivered 164 MW.

Gamesa's global wind farm pipeline amounted to 23,807 MW at
June 30, 2012 , in different stages of development, 656 MW of which are covered by sales agreements signed with third parties.
