China produced 13.87 million metric tons of diesel in July, down 0.4% compared with a year earlier, and 7.45 million tons of gasoline, up 10.1%, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed Monday.

Fuel oil output totaled 1.55 million tons, 12.2% higher, while kerosene output was 1.71 million tons, up 4.9%.

China produced 8.25 billion cubic meters of natural gas, up 1.1% on year, the data showed.
