Alstom SA (ALO.FR), a French maker of power turbines and trains, Friday said it signed a contract to supply three hydro turbines to Brazil's power utility Neoenergia as well as related equipment for a total amount of 160 million euros ($206 million), of which Alstom's share is worth EUR110 million.

MAIN FACTS:

- The equipments will be used to the Baixo Iguaçu hydro power plant in Brazil .

- The total contract value is EUR160 million, including hydromechanical and lifting equipment, with an Alstom's share of around EUR110 million.

- The first unit will be operating in the second semester of 2015.
