A crude oil price between $100 and $120 a barrel is acceptable to both consumers and producers, Iraq oil minister Abdul Kareem Luaiby said Thursday.

Mr. Luaiby also said a December meeting of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries wouldn't discuss a quota ceiling for
Iraq .

"We have said that prices between $100 and $120 a barrels are good from economic point of view and profitable for both consumers and producers."
