Romania 's Economy Ministry plans to hire new members of the managing board for three energy and natural gas companies in its portfolio, including state-run nuclear power plant operator Nuclearelectrica, news agency Mediafax reported.

Eligible candidates are expected to submit their resumes by March 13 at the latest, the ministry said in an announcement Tuesday.

The two other companies for which the ministry wants to hire new board members are natural gas producer Romgaz and gas transmission operator Transgaz (TGN.RO).

The ministry has majority control of all three companies and plans to sell minority stakes on the Bucharest Stock Exchange by the end of 2013.
