Finland 's Voimaosakeyhtioe SF said Friday it has purchased German utility company E.ON AG's (EOAN.XE) 34% share of Fennovoima, which owns a nuclear power plant project in Pyhaejoki.

Voimaosakeyhtioe SF added it now owns all of Fennovoima's shares.

A spokesman for E.ON AG confirmed the stake sale, but didn't disclose financial details.

E.ON said last October it plans to divest all its operations in
Finland .
