A person connected with Chief Executive Officer Vagit Alekperov bought shares for $65.4 million on July 24. A person connected with Deputy Chief Executive Officer Leonid Fedun bought shares for $59.2 million on July 24. The statements did not identify the people.

Mr. Alekperov and Mr. Fedun have increased their holdings in Lukoil in recent months.
