Energy project constructor Metka said on Thursday that it will submit bid independently or as part of a consortium for the Public Power Corp’s tender which involves the study, supply, equipment and construction of a high voltage electricity transmission substation of closed GIS-type of .400KV/150KV.
The unit will be in the island of Evia, Western Greece.
The cost of the investment is seen over EUR26 million. Deadline of the bids is January 30, 2007.
Metka is part of the Mytilineos group.
