The Greek Development Minister Dimitris Sioufas said on Monday that on 7th February delegations from Greece, Bulgaria and Russia will meet in Burgas to finalize the text for the agreement Burgas-Alexandroupolis oil pipeline.
The official signing of the agreement was expected before the end of 2006. However, disagreements between Russia and Bulgaria has delayed the signing.
Reportedly, the disagreements were focused on matters who will control the port facilities in the Burgas region and for how long.
