The Institute of Energy for South East Europe will hold the first ever Energy Week in Athens from October 22-26 to coincide with the annual National Energy Conference which this year will address the issue of “Energy and Development”. The event has been organized with support from the Ministry of Development.
The Energy Week will be hosted at the Evgenidion Foundation and will cover a wide range of energy topics.
Featuring a series of one-day conferences, special presentations and press conferences which shall run parallel to the “Energy and Development” conference, the Energy Week will cover the latest developments in the electricity, solid fuel, oil, gas and Renewable Energy Sources and Energy Savings sectors.
More than 60 speakers from Greece and abroad will take part in both events. Additionally, more than 100 companies will participate in the annual “Energy and Technology” exhibition.
With kind sponsorship and support from some of the largest Greek and foreign energy companies, Energy Week aims to become an important cornerstone of energy developments in Greece and South East Europe.
