MOSCOW (Dow Jones)--An official of Russian oil producer OAO Lukoil Holdings (LKOH.RS) has been detained in Libya as part of an industrial espionage case, the Vedomosti business daily reported Tuesday, citing an unnamed Russian embassy worker.
The paper said Alexander Tsiganov, one of just three Lukoil staff working in Libya, has been detained as a witness in relation to possible leaked information ahead of a gas license tender.
