Hungarian oil and gas company MOL Magyar Olaj- es Gazipari Nyrt. (MOL.BU) said Thursday that OMV Clearing und Treasury GmbH, a subsidiary of Austrian oil and gas company OMV AG (OMV.VI) initiated a litigation against MOL in order to make void all resolutions made at MOL's annual general meeting held April 23, 2008.
The action is based on Article 46 (2) of the Companies Act.
The Budapest Metropolitan Court has set the date of the first hearing at January 21st 2009.
