Tim Summers, the chief operating officer of troubled Anglo-Russian oil company TNK-BP, has received his new visa, Russia's Federal Migration Service said Tuesday.

The company's Chief Executive Robert Dudley left Russia Thursday saying he had been subject to "harassment" from Russian authorities.

TNK-BP, a 50-50 joint venture between U.K. oil major BP PLC (BP) and a group of Russian billionaires, has in recent months been entangled in a fierce dispute over control of the company.

A number of other foreign TNK-BP employees have in recent months been experiencing problems renewing their visas, but a spokeswoman form the migration service said that all visa applications from TNK-BP employees currently in process will be honored.

BP accuses its Russian partners of being behind the bureaucratic obstacles.
