Turkish conglomerate Haci Omer Sabanci Holding (SAHOL.IS) will pay $342.9 million to increase the capital of Enerjisa Power Generation AS, the company said late Thursday, Ihlas news agency, or IHA, reported Friday.
Enerjisa is a partnership of Austrian utility Verbund AG (VER.VI) and Sabanci Holding.
In a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange Sabanci Holding said Enerjisa's capital will increase to 1.015 billion Turkish lira ($607 million).
