London-listed Kazakh oil and gas producer KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (RDGZ.KZ) said Thursday it produced 11.954 million metric tons, or 239,800 barrels a day, of crude oil in 2008.
This is an increase of 1.32 million tons, or 12.4%, compared with 2007, the company said in a statement.
"The increase is primarily a result of the full-year impact of the acquisitions completed in 2007," KazMunaiGas EP said.
