CNPC-Petronas-Total Consortium Awarded
Iraq's Halfaya Oil Field

(Dow Jones)--A consortium led by China National Petroleum Corp.,
Malaysia's Petronas and
France's Total SA (TOT) was Friday awarded the giant Halfaya oil field in southern
Iraq.
The field has 4.1 billion barrels of proven oil reserves
