Kuwait's foreign minister Sheikh Mohammad al-Salem al-Sabah said Tuesday the Gulf Cooperation Council, or GCC, are "not threatened" by Iraq's plans to expand its oil production.
The GCC is a loose-knit organization of six sheikhdoms and kingdoms in the region. It includes Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
