Russian gas firm OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS) expects to start production of oil at its Chayandinskoye oil and gas condensate field in 2014, the company said Friday.

Natural gas production at Chayandinskoye, located in
Siberia in the constituent republic of Sakha (Yakutia), will start in 2016, Gazprom said.

The Chayandinskoye field has natural gas reserves of 1.24 trillion cubic meters and oil and gas condensate reserves of 68.4 million metric tons.

The field was last year included in a government list of 22 Siberian deposits that pay zero duty on exported oil.

Gazprom was granted the license for Chayandinskoye in April 2008 without a tender.
