Angola may restart a delayed licensing ground in 2011, the country's oil minister said Wednesday, after the process was interrupted late 2008.
Speaking to Dow Jones Newswires after exiting a meeting of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries that left output unchanged, Jose Botelho de Vasconcelos said the licensing will "maybe" restart next year.

resume the process.

concessionary] Sonangol is working" on it, he said. Sonangol has
previously said it had delayed the process until at least the end of 2010
because it wants more time to study the potential of the proposed blocks.
