Slovenian energy company Petrol said it absorbed two of its units, a
fuel retailer, Petrol Maloprodaja Slovenija, and Ekoen Ena, a company for the
production and distribution of biomass energy.
The contracts on mergers
by acquisition between Petrol and its two subsidiaries were concluded on
November 12, Petrol said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
