Croatian oil and gas company INA said on Wednesday the country's
economy ministry has again revoked its Sava and North-Western Croatia
exploration licenses.
The economy ministry made the movedespite a court
ruling issued in September that overturned identical decisions taken in 2011,
INA said in a statement.
"Regrettably, the ministry took the same
decision as its predecessor, in spite of the court ruling which found that the
ministry did not prove INA’s lack of obligation fulfillment," INA said, adding
it believes the decision has no legal grounds and will initiate administrative
proceedings to have it voided.
