Fitch Ratings said on Monday it has affirmed the long-term local and foreign currency issuer default ratings (IDRs) of Turkish oil refiner Turkiye Petrol Rafinerileri or Tupras, at BBB- as well as its national long-term rating at 'AA+(tur).
The ratings agency has also affirmed Tupras's $700 million (593 million euro) notes due in 2018 at BBB-. The outlooks on the ratings are stable, Fitch said in a statement.
