BP PLC's (BP) Russian joint venture TNK-BP (TNBP.RS) has won a tax rebate of 9.7 billion roubles (GBP215 million) after overpaying value added tax two years ago, The Times of London reports Thursday.
A Moscow arbitration court ruled the company paid VAT of 18% on its export operations, which should have been exempt, the paper says.
