Eni SpA (E) has reached a "satisfactory" agreement with OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS) over changes to their take-or-pay natural-gas contracts , a senior executive of the Italian energy company said Friday.
The two companies have reached a satisfactory agreement that reduces Eni's risks, said Domenico Dispenza, head of Eni's gas and power division, speaking on a conference call to comment on preliminary fourth-quarter results released earlier in the day.
The changes include price condition and flexibility, he said, declining to give further details.
