The first issue of the South East Europe Energy Review (SEEER), IENE's new publication, circulated on October 12, 2006. An English-language newsletter containing 24 pages and exclusively covering issues related to SE Europe, the bimonthly's next issue will be published in early December.
Targeted at IENE members, the SEEER is also circulated to selected international organizations and companies, as well as to a number of recipients in SE European countries.
IENE's English-language newsletter is structured around three basic themes: an editorial and leading articles, news from SE Europe, and information regarding IENE's activities. Through this new publication, IENE's aim is to make the Institute widely known throughout SE Europe as well as to international organizations and that the newsletter becomes another useful channel of communication and information on energy issues.
