Vladimir Paltsev will remain the chief executive of Russian Tomskneft, a subsidiary of the state-controlled oil major Rosneft (ROSN.RS), jointly owned with the energy giant Gazprom's (GAZP.RS) oil unit Gazprom Neft (SIBN.RS), the daily Vedomosti reported Monday, citing unnamed sources close to Tomskneft.

Last month, Rosneft sold a 50% stake in Tomskneft to Gazprom Neft, saying both companies will jointly make managerial decisions.
Vedomosti reported also that Vadim Yakovlev, Gazprom Neft's chief financial officer, will become chairman of Tomskneft's board of directors.
