Russia's second-biggest oil producer OAO Lukoil (LKOH.RS) Friday said it had completed the acquisition of two Moscow-based retail networks, Grand and Mega-Oil M.
Russia's second-biggest oil producer OAO Lukoil (LKOH.RS) Friday said it had completed the acquisition of two Moscow-based retail networks, Grand and Mega-Oil M.

Lukoil said the deal considerably increases its retail network in Moscow and the Moscow Region, which will enable it to increase sales volumes of motor fuel.

Lukoil plans to rebrand the 148 outlets by the end of the year.
