Suez Environment, a division of French utility Suez (SZE.FR), Monday said it is to acquire Utility Service Company, or USC, which provides water tank maintenance services.
USC, which is based in the state of Georgia, U.S., manages more that 4000 water storage tanks and employs a staff of 250 people. Its projected revenue for 2008 is $120 million, Suez said in a statement.
The company did not provide further financial details.
