The Forum of Gas Exporting Countries won't attempt to regulate prices, a Gazprom official said Monday.
"There are no talks about coordinating pricing policies. The differences between the three countries are too big," said Dmitry Semyonov, an official at Gazprom's international business development department.
Russia, Iran and Qatar are meeting in Moscow later this months to discuss the cartel, among others. Semyonov didn't say if an agreement between the countries would be signed during the meeting.
