Russia's antitrust regulator, the Federal Antimonopoly Service or FAS, said Wednesday it has fined the country's oil majors OAO Rosneft (ROSN.RS) and OAO Lukoil Holdings (LKOH.RS) for abusing their dominant market position.
Lukoil was fined 1.44 billion rubles ($50.4 million) and Rosneft was fined RUB1.51 billion, the watchdog said in a statement.
