MOSCOW (Dow Jones)--Russia's Gazprom Neft(SIBN.RS), the oil-arm of Russian gas monopoly OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS), said that the company's Kirill Kravchenko has been appointed the new chief executive of Serbian oil monopoly NIS.
Kravchenko has been deputy chairman of Gazprom Neft's management board, the company said late Tuesday.
Gazprom bought a 51% stake in NIS for EUR400 million this month, and has pledged to invest around EUR500 million in the Serbian company.
