Turkish fuel distributor and energy firm Turcas Petrol AS (TRCAS.IS) said Monday German energy utility E.ON AG (EOAN.XE) has sold its stakes in two joint ventures to RWE Holding, the Turkish unit of German utility RWE AG (RWE.XE), Ihlas News Agency, or IHA, reported.
In a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange, Turcas said E.ON had a 70% stake in both joint ventures. They are electricity production companies E.ON&Turcas Guney Elektrik Uretim AS and E.ON&Turcas Kuzey Elektrik Uretim AS.
Turcas didn't give the financial details of the agreement in its statement.
