French utility GDF Suez (GSZ.FR) Thursday said it will subscribe in full to Gas Natural's (GAS.MC) planned capital hike, avoiding diluting the level of its current stake in the Spanish company, of close to 9%, a spokesman for the company told Dow Jones Newswires Thursday.
