The International Energy Agency Thursday warned that it's likely to make more downward revisions to its global oil demand projections after the International Monetary Fund and other international bodies recently cut their 2009 world economic growth forecasts.
The International Energy Agency Thursday warned that it's likely to make more downward revisions to its global oil demand projections after the International Monetary Fund and other international bodies recently cut their 2009 world economic growth forecasts.

"More demand (downward) revisions cannot be ruled out," IEA chief Nobuo Tanaka told an energy conference here.

The Paris-based agency, energy watchdog to big consuming nations like the U.S., has reduced its demand forecasts repeatedly in past months after the IMF lowered its economic growth forecasts.
