Italy's Eni SpA (E), Japan's Nippon Oil Corp. (5001.TO) and Spain's Repsol YPF SA (REP) presented their offers for Iraq's Nassiriyah oil field in southern Iraq, one of the world's vast oil field, a senior Iraqi oil official said Monday.
"They have presented their technical and commercial offers," Abdul Mahdy al-Ameedi, deputy director general at Iraq's Petroleum Contract and Licensing Directorate, or PCLD, told Dow Jones Newswires by telephone from Baghdad.
"We are studying these offers," he said.
He said he didn't know how long it would take to study these offers and award the contract.
