First quarter output at Petrobaltic, the oil extracting arm of Poland's second-largest oil refiner Grupa Lotos SA (LTS.WA), was hit by technical failure, Lotos Chief Executive Pawel Olechnowicz said Wednesday.
Olechnowicz told a news briefing that as a result, costs were higher than planned but declined to say if Petrobaltic would post a first quarter financial loss.
