Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, or Adnoc, is "strongly" going ahead with its projects, despite the global economic crisis, U.A.E.'s national news agency, or WAM, reports Wednesday.
"The company's projects are going ahead strongly at a time when the situation allows developing new projects with good prices," WAM cites Ismail Al-Rumhi, an Adnoc official, as saying.
"Adnoc is an international company, and its projects are on track," he said.
Al-Rumhi also said that the company has not fired any of its employees in the wake of the global financial crisis.
"The company is hiring new employees and experts," WAM cites Al-Rumhi as saying.
