Russia's natural gas monopoly OAO Gazprom (GAZP.RS) has sold its 7.6% stake in Moscow Integrated Power Company, or MOEK (MOEK.RS), to MOEK's subsidiary MOEK-Finance LLC, the generator's deputy chief Oleg Gorelov said, Prime-Tass reports Thursday.
According to the agency, Gazprom sold the stake for 7.6 billion rubles ($236 million).
The Moscow government now owns 84% of MOEK, while MOEK-Finance owns 15%.
