Lukoil Holdings (LKOH.RS), Russia's biggest independent oil producer, has signed a deal with China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. (SNP), or Sinopec, to deliver 3 million metric tons of oil between July 2009 and June 2010, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
Since January, Lukoil's trading company Lukoil International Trading and Supply Co., or Litasco, has sold 700,000 tons of oil to China, the statement said.
